I tried the time trial but when I want to get the twintail effect from the pink guy in the bazar with the telephone...he doesn't do anything. Urotsuki just freeze near the spot where the telephone was for 1 second and nothing happened. Entering/exiting the area don't fix it and killing the guy either

Is this normal?
