The Streetlight Garden is an area accessible through the Indigo Pathway.

Despite the name, the Streetlight Garden does not have any gardens. There are multiple buildings, but none of them can be entered at this time. A creature that resembles Yume Nikki's Onsen-san can be found in the lower portions of the area.
