Shallows of Deceit is an area that can be accessed from The Gutter.

Features

In this wide, looping area, which is a watery environment resembling the City of Liars, you can find a castle, a figure inscribed on the ground that resembles a monkey, and the numbers "28" inscribed. There is also a single vending machine, a bench and another vending machine near some patches of deep water. You can also find deep water forming a uterine pattern, where a humanoid figure lurks nearby. Interacting with them will lead to a one-way trip to a hallway, with a locked door in the lower floor, while the upper door leads to the rooftop, where there is no exit. Here, you can see a view of the night's sky.
