Features[]

By the name, this Nexus is an eerie-looking area, with thin mist covering the place, as well as a purple tint and a panorama that looks imposing. It is similar to the main Nexus in terms of layout, with the doors arranged in a grid-like manner. Each door is identical in appearance, where different objects next to some of these doors indicate that they lead elsewhere. As hinted by the Japanese name, many of the destinations from each accessible door lead to frontiers of different dreams.

The area starts with a door next to a transparent Aiko from the Dream Pool, which serves as a reference point when looking for other doors.

  • Cube Space (4 doors east, 1 door south) - A small, monochrome space filled with white cubes.
  • Polluted Town (5 doors east, 4 doors south) - A balcony with a view of a dismal-looking urban settlement, with a visine monstrosity floating in the sky.
  • Realm of Damnation (10 doors east, 6 doors south) - A disturbing, red hellscape with odd-looking hands reaching out to the sky, featuring a gigantic cross-shaped creature in the background.
  • Garden of Treachery (2 doors east, 6 doors south)
  • Sunflower Fields (6 doors east, 4 doors north) - A field of gigantic sunflowers over a slightly cloudy sky. Like the Cube Space, you are constrained to a cubic platform with the exit just beside you.

Right near the Polluted Town door is a bloody figure next to the door, where Urotsuki refuses to open the door upon interaction.

Trivia[]

  • This world is likely based off earlier versions of the Nexus (pre- version 0.082b), and even uses the same doors as non-functioning placeholders.
  • The Polluted Town area contains a flower that may be a reference to The Flowers of Evil.
