The City of Liars is an area accessible from the sewers of Bright Forest.

The City of Liars is a red, foggy complex of buildings. Red lamp posts and structures can be found in the area. While the rest of the world is currently blocked by a set of barriers, there is an open door leading to a room with the town's inhabitants and some vending machines. Here, you can find a door on the leftmost side, which leads to a small room with a 01-kun. Interacting with it will show a message that reads "******************". This is important for an event that takes place in the Unknown Child's Room.

- Prior to 0.115i, the area's entirety was surrounded by red and black water.
- Prior to 0.116a, Ahogeko's House connected to an isolated section to this area, where the northern path lead to a house inhabited by a creature which when chainsawed granted you Menu Theme #38. This room has since been moved to the basement of Ahogeko's House.
